Risk Analysis

In the risk analysis, the team made changes to some of the risk responses. The proposed alternatives had issues with the impact percentage, which was still too high. With the new solutions discussed, it was possible to mitigate all critical points efficiently, developing new alternatives.

Tasks

In the task organization, it was left pending for the team to improve the structure, whether in the naming conventions, assignment of responsibilities, or alignment with the requirements. Therefore, after a revision of the writing format, it was possible to index the tasks, providing greater clarity. Regarding task assignment, some team members were overloaded, so we created a pie chart dashboard, and from that, we redistributed the tasks. As for aligning tasks with requirements, the team conducted a review and established a link with the requirements. If any tasks were found to be missing requirements, new assignments were generated.
