The SmartGreenhouse project team reviewed the requirements and added the correct number of missing optional requirements. These were selected in such a way that if not implemented, they would not significantly impact the project's functionality. The optional requirements were highlighted for better understanding.

In the risk analysis, the team made changes to some of the risk responses. The proposed alternatives had issues with the impact percentage, which was still too high. With the new solutions discussed, it was possible to mitigate all critical points efficiently, developing new alternatives.
In the task organization, it was left pending for the team to improve the structure, whether in the naming conventions, assignment of responsibilities, or alignment with the requirements. Therefore, after a revision of the writing format, it was possible to index the tasks, providing greater clarity. Regarding task assignment, some team members were overloaded, so we created a pie chart dashboard, and from that, we redistributed the tasks. As for aligning tasks with requirements, the team conducted a review and established a link with the requirements. If any tasks were found to be missing requirements, new assignments were generated.

For the delivery of Deliverable 1, most of the necessary components for project completion were purchased, with only a few items remaining, such as wooden beams, MDF boards, and wood glue. These accessories depend on access to vendors located far from the center of Curitiba.
