DELAYED 10 HOURS: we planned to work 63 hours, worked 85 hours, and DIDN’T finish all the planned tasks. We estimate that we need more 10 hours to finish all the tasks for THIS deliverable. We didn’t finished future tasks.
The switching circuit for the Peltier modules and peristaltic pumps was assembled. To achieve this, terminals were added to the circuit's input to allow the connection of external cables, providing greater flexibility and modularity to the circuits.
The ADC circuit was soldered. The ADC will be used to acquire signal from sensors. It’s already tested and it’s function is working well. Its missing only the integration.
For the movement of the camera that will capture photos of the chambers, the transistorized circuit for driving the stepper motors was soldered. The drivers used for stepper motor control were removed from an Arduino shield circuit and repurposed for the custom circuit. A capacitor was added as a filter to eliminate noise in the power supply.
The circuit for operating the external fans was also soldered.
